📦 Orders & Pre-Orders


Q: Is your hair in stock or pre-order?

A: All Raw Indonesian Hair is currently available by pre-order only to ensure top-tier quality and freshness. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipping.


As our business continues to grow, we plan to offer on-hand inventory of Raw Hair in the near future for faster shipping.


Q: Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

A: No. Each bundle is sourced specifically per order, so pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.


Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.


Product Questions

Q: Is the hair really 100% raw?

A: Yes! We only sell 100% Raw Indonesian Hair — unprocessed, chemical-free, and ethically sourced. It’s reusable, dyeable, and can last 2+ years with proper care.


Q: Why do longer bundles look thinner?

A: Each bundle weighs 100 grams, so the longer the length, the shorter the weft appears due to weight distribution.


Q: Can I style or dye the hair?

A: Absolutely. Raw hair can be curled, straightened, or colored. We recommend professional care for best results.

Accessories (Bonnets & Lace Bands)

Q: Do your bonnets stay on overnight?

A: Yes! Our satin bonnets are designed with a ruffled front to ensure a no-slip hold all night long — even on silk pillowcases.


Q: Are the bonnets adjustable?

A: While not adjustable, they are stretchy and fitted, making them perfect for wigs, bundles, braids, and natural hair.


Q: Can I wash my lace band or bonnet?

A: Yes — we recommend hand-washing once a week to keep your items fresh and long-lasting.


 

 

💵 Payments & Cash on Delivery

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

 

A: Yes, for local orders only. Please note:

  • Exact cash is required
  • We do not provide change
  • Payment is due at the time of delivery
  • Can’t be used for pre-orders


Q: What other payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major debit/credit cards, Klarna, and Afterpay  for easy, interest-free payment options.


 

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Pre-orders take 7–10 business days to process. Standard shipping timelines apply after that, depending on your location.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not at the moment — we currently ship within the U.S. only.


Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Due to hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
